Rodrigo Herrera

Rodrigo is an Industrial Engineer graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He started his career at IBM in 1989, being appointed in several management roles in Chile and in the Latin American Headquarters located in the United States: Sales Territory Manager, Regional Brand Manager, International Distribution Manager, Retail Sector Business Development Executive and  Integration Technology Services Country Manager.

 In 1999 he joined Compaq Computer in Chile, first as Marketing Director, then as Corporate Sales Director, and finally as acting General Manager during the merger process with Hewlett Packard in 2002. Later that year he was recruited by Southern Cross Investment Fund to lead the transformation of the Corporate Services Business Division at Chilesat, acquired in 2004 by Telmex  where he continued his career as Corporate Sales Manager until 2005. 

  Additionally he had been in the leading Sales & Marketing management position in other ICT companies like Apple Computer, Samsung Electronics and Cisco Systems, member of the Board at the Grange School, and Senior Advisor to several companies in the industrial and technology sectors in Chile. 

  Currently he is Executive Director at B2B Trust Consulting and Director of the ICT School at AIEP Institute (Laureate International Network).

Andrea Aleman

Hunting Director, B2B Trust Consulting



Andrea is  a Business Engineer with a major in Business Administration, graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. 

She started her career in 1988 as  a Product Manager in the Cosmetics and Fragrances Business at Laboratorio Davis.  Later she created and developed the Marketing Division of the second largest poultry company in Chile, Agricola Ariztia, as its Marketing Manager and Corporate Marketing Manager.

In 1995 she joined Ripley, Retail Store with presence in Chile and Peru, as  Business Unit Manager for their Wedding Department.  After a 3 year stay in the United States, she joined in 1999 the chilean Executive Search Firm Seminarium,  as its Middle Management Division Manager.

 From 2002 to 2004, as Enterprise Manager, she developed fund raising programs and collaboration relationships with chilean Corporations for a Non Profit Organization, Hogar de Cristo.

 In 2005 she returned to  Ripley Retail Stores as Marketing and Sales Manager for their Financial Division.

 From 2007 to 2013 she was  Senior Consultant and Partner at HK Human Capital / Intersearch, focusing on Top Management Executive Search processes in several industries in Chile.

In January 2014, joined B2B Trust Consulting as Hunting Director, to lead its Executive Search Unit.
